1. Scope of Work
Design and development of a full custom website including UI/UX, responsive layout,
integrations, and deployment. Unlimited pages , forms , contact page , social media
integration , portfolio , backend dashboard & full training upon completion.

2. Project Fee
Total fee: $1,500
50% non-refundable retainer ($750) due before work begins.
Remaining $750 due prior to launch.

3. Timeline
Estimated completion: 2–4 weeks from retainer and receipt of content.

4. Revisions
Unlimited revisions until Client formally approves the website.

5. Hosting & Domain
Client may provide hosting and domain.
Optional plan offered at $19.99/month including: – A custom Domain name – Non-shared super high-speed hosting – Full control and ownership of files – Daily malware and virus scanning – Daily backups – Unix-based secured environment – Performance optimization and monitoring – internal Files Caching : for even better speed

6. Monthly Maintenance (Optional)
$49/month includes: – Up to 2 hours updates and changes , upgrades & updates – Plugin, theme, and core updates – Additional features upon request – Security monitoring – Performance optimization – SEO optimization – Blog content addition on a monthly basis ( improve google ranking) – Backup monitoring and uptime checks

7. Warranty
60-day bug-fix warranty after launch.

8. Ownership
Ownership transferred upon full payment.
Provider may showcase project in portfolio.

9. Termination
Retainer non-refundable. Client pays for completed work beyond retainer.

10. Governing Law
State of California.
